		Production Our main production facility is located in Decatur, Michigan. Most of the packaging and labeling of our various products takes place here. Bulk product boxes are erected and then placed on a conveyor for automated fulfillment. Using a complex system of scales these machines weigh out the correct number of screws for each box multiple times a second. After being filled, the boxes are closed, labeled and put into cases. All of our cases are printed with a unique serial number identifying not only the time the job was run but all of the information needed to track the materials back to where they were manufactured. In this way we can easily address quality problems and ensure only the best merchandise reaches our customers. We also include a 14 digit UCC code so that our various warehouse partners can check the product in a full case at a time. For more information talk to any Midwest representative. Boxes are sorted in our shipping department to expedite put-away in our distribution facility in Kalamazoo. With tens of thousands of products we make sure each box goes to the proper location so that it can be stocked in warehouses around the country awaiting your need. A wire-guided turret truck pulls orders in our bulk stock warehouse. Using this system with its narrow aisles we can efficiently store the maximum amount of product keeping our fill rates at an industry high.
